Nightly rate - 2 people: $95 ($10 each additional person) plus taxes.
Weekly rate - 2 people: $570 ($50 each additional person) plus taxes.

Three Bedroom Cottage
King bed , 4 twins, 1 full bath, screened porch
Nightly rate - up to 6 people: $150 plus taxes.
Weekly rate - up to 6 people: $950 plus taxes.

Deluxe Three Bedroom Cottage
King bed, 4 twins, 2 full baths, dishwasher, screened porch
Nightly rate - up to 6 people: $185 plus taxes
Weekly rate - up to 6 people: $1,200 plus taxes

Two night minimum stay.

*5% additional charge for credit card payment.
Off season rates 20% discount.

Cancellation Policy:
More than one month prior to arrival - return of deposit.
Less than one month - return of deposit if unit becomes rented.

Arrival Time may be anytime after 2:00 PM. Please notify us if arrival will be later than 6 PM local time.
